Reservation and Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, if notified 30 days prior to reservation and your room is rebooked, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise your deposit is forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. By sending us your deposit, you have read and agreed to this reservation and cancellation policy.
